Janitime provides a cloud-based employee management & payroll SaaS. By creating an account or using our Service you accept these Terms. Payments are processed by Paddle on our behalf — see the Billing section for details.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and Janitime ("we", "us", "our"). Use of janitime.com, our apps, or any Service indicates acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who may use Janitime
- Be 18+ and legally capable of contracting.
- Represent a legitimate business when creating an employer account.
- Provide accurate registration information.
Description of services
Janitime is a SaaS platform for workforce management. Core features:
- Employee profiles & permissions
- Time tracking & clock-in/out (incl. GPS timestamps where enabled)
- Shift scheduling and rostering
- Payroll calculation & reporting
- PTO requests and approvals
- Real-time messaging & notifications
- Reporting & analytics
- Mobile apps for iOS & Android
Accounts & security
You are responsible for account credentials, all activity under your account, and for keeping your information up to date. We strongly recommend using strong unique passwords and enabling 2FA where available. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions, billing & payments
Billing cycles
- Plans may be billed monthly or annually and renew automatically.
- Charges are made through Paddle at the start of each billing cycle.
- All fees default to USD unless otherwise stated.
Failed payments
If a payment fails we may retry the charge, suspend access, or terminate the account after repeated failures. Keep payment methods current in your account or via Paddle.

Trials, pricing & cancellations
We may offer trials. Trials may convert to paid plans automatically unless canceled before the trial ends. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance and will apply from the next billing cycle.
Cancel via account settings or contact support; access generally remains until the end of the paid period. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy rules.
Acceptable use
Do not use Janitime to:
- Violate laws or third-party rights.
- Upload malware or illegal content.
- Scrape or harvest data using automated tools.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the Service.
User content & data
You retain ownership of data you upload (employee records, messages, schedules). By submitting content you grant Janitime a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display that content to provide and improve the Service. We may retain certain data for legal or operational reasons as described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
Janitime uses third-party services including:
- Paddle — payments & billing
- Daily.co — video & real-time comms
- SendGrid — email delivery
These services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their actions. Review their policies for details.
Disclaimers & warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Janitime is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater, except where law forbids such limits.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Janitime and its affiliates from claims arising from your misuse, violation of these Terms, or any content you submit.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise agreed.
Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Effective Date and notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
