Refund Policy

Quick answer

Short: We accept refund requests โ€” 7 days for monthly plans and 14 days for annual plans by default. Refunds are processed through Paddle and may take up to 10 business days to appear.

Scope

This policy covers subscription purchases (monthly & annual), add-ons, and paid trials (if any). Custom services such as onboarding or consulting may have separate refund rules.

Refund windows

  • Monthly subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Annual subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Paid trials (if offered) follow the terms stated at signup โ€” free trials have no charge and therefore no refund.

Pro-rata & partial refunds

If a refund is approved, we generally issue a pro-rata refund for unused subscription time unless the purchase included non-refundable services (e.g., custom onboarding). The exact amount returned will be calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription and any applicable taxes or fees.

Non-refundable items

  • Third-party fees (payment processor fees may apply).
  • Custom professional services, onboarding, and consulting once work is performed.
  • Late payment fees or penalties incurred through chargebacks.

How to request a refund

  2. Open a support ticket at https://janitime.com/support and reference the same order number.
  3. We will acknowledge your request and review it under this policy.

Timeline & processing

  • We will respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
  • If approved, refunds are processed via Paddle and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank and Paddle's processing times.

Chargebacks & disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank (chargeback), we will investigate and may provide evidence to Paddle and your card issuer. If a chargeback is found to be invalid (fraudulent), we reserve the right to recover funds and refuse future service.

Governing law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Florida, USA. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected where applicable.
