• Directly from you when you sign up, configure payroll, or upload employee data.

• To bill and collect payments via Paddle.

• Daily.co — video & real-time communications.
• Analytics & logging providers used to improve performance.

All processors are bound by contract to protect your data.

International transfers

Data may be processed or stored outside your country (including the US). We use standard contractual safeguards and only transfer to trusted providers.

Data retention

• Billing records: retained for 7 years (or as required by law).
• Account & employee data: retained while the account is active + up to 2 years after termination unless otherwise required.
• Logs & diagnostics: retained for up to 1 year (or aggregated/anonymized earlier).

Security

We use industry-standard measures — TLS in transit, access controls, regular backups, and least-privilege access for providers. No system is 100% secure; promptly report suspected breaches to our support email.
